Applicable taxes and duties vary depending upon the manufacturing partner and your delivery address. Customers are responsible for understanding any duties or sales tax applicable to their orders placed within the MetaSport Store. No refunds can be given on the basis of misunderstanding these charges. By purchasing through the store you accept these terms.
For all orders your shipping charges cover freight. In some cases they may NOT cover any import duties or taxes which may be charged by customs. They may also not cover any carrier brokerage fees associated with importing goods into the destination country.
Please READ CAREFULLY the applicable terms associated with your order upon checkout. There can be no refunds or returns associated with misunderstanding on these points. Please review our Terms and Conditions for further details on applicable duties and taxes here.
We wish to inform you that as each item is custom made for each order we cannot accept size exchanges. Unless there is a product defect all sales are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may only return items within 30 days of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Unfortunately we are not able to exchange items for size on Teamwear and Event Merchandise. These items are custom made to order for you, we do not carry any stock or a operate a resale program. We notice some of our team/club clients hold successful kit exchange evenings among their members.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
